马达加斯加：过渡总统拉乔利纳放弃参选下届总统
继前总统拉瓦罗马纳纳(Marc Ravalomanana)在2012年12月宣布放弃参选下一届总统后，过渡总统 (Andry Rajoelina)也作出弃选的决定，因此，如果选举如期举办，马达加斯加人民可望于今(2013)年有一位新总统。
