日本新著作权法案造成困惑
[原文刊登于2012年11月10日] 2012年10月1日，日本的著作权法修正部分生效施行，非法下载及转录DVD作为私人用途等行为将处以刑罚。一经逮捕，最长可处以两年有期徒刑或两百万日圆罚款，大约为美金25,680元。
